The outdoor learning charity, Under The Trees, are hosting activities on the Abbey Craig this year.
The local charity provide outdoor learning to children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Each of the outdoor sessions will give your child the opportunity to learn about the natural environment that surrounds The National Wallace Monument – as they explore, discover, and have lots of outdoor fun.

Not for the faint-hearted! Join us on Saturday 15th October as we tell the tales of past horrors, as the darkness creeps around… Who knows who or what is listening…
Only joking! It’s all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus and nothing ya big fearties should be scared of. Halloween light-hearted tales that will suit everyone.
Event Details
This event is suitable for all ages. Tickets are £7 per person. Bring a chair with you if possible.
The meeting point is at the bus stop located in the Monument car park. You should wait here at 2:00pm for a member of Under The Trees staff to meet you.
The woodland trails can be wet and muddy, so please dress appropriately. The Abbey Craig is steep in some areas and you will be required to walk up the hill.

20% discount on admission to the Monument
All ticket holders will receive a 20% discount on admission tickets to visit the Monument afterwards. The discount is only redeemable on the date of the event and confirmation of event booking must be shown on arrival. The applicable admission charge is payable by any accompanying visitors.
